Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) UK is the United Kingdom national entity of International AOPA. It is a Community for anyone with an interest in General Aviation (GA) activities whether a:

  • Pilot (Private and Commercial)

  • Aircraft Owner (any manned Aircraft – Balloon to Jet)

AOPA UK is part of the 75 Countries, each with a National AOPA, that form International AOPA (IAOPA), which is the largest and most influential aviation community in the World, representing all of General Aviation from the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) to the field you fly from. No other General Aviation organisation can match that!

Their primary function is to lobby on behalf of GA wherever there is a threat to your freedom to fly at the lowest cost, with the most proportionate regulation, with access to as much airspace as possible and to a network of Airfields with GA access.

AOPA have the most complete network of contacts where it matters.



ASECNA (Agency for Aerial Navigation Safety in Africa and Madagascar) is an international public institution governed by the Dakar Convention revised in 2010, with legal personality and with a financial autonomy. Its a perfect model of cooperative management of airspace in Africa. His mission is the Safety of Air Navigation and the provision of air navigation services in the airspace route, the organization of these airspace and air routes in accordance with ICAO provisions, publication of aeronautical information, forecasting and transmission of information in the field of aeronautical meteorology, the implementation of a system safety and quality management in accordance with the standards and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).


Aeroclub of Barcelona-Sabadell

Created in 1953 and today with more than 1000 partners, the Aeroclub of Barcelona-Sabadell is the major aeroclub of Spain.
